I’m a freelance writer, wife, mother of two, and lover of all things coffee. I have some medical restrictions with working out, but I’m working on being the best I can be both physically and mentally.

I have recently been contemplating the best avenue for giving myself lifelong fitness and health. I have decided to transition to a Vegan lifestyle because I feel it suits me the best. You can read more about that decision here.

My goal in having this blog is to have a place where I can reflect on my journey while simultaneously help others see that it IS possible to overcome whatever obstacles stand in your way. I’m honestly so tired of feeling like living a healthy lifestyle is a chore or something that is daunting. I want to live a vibrant, compassionate and healthy life without worrying about every little thing.
